Job Description

About the Role:
We're looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Full-Charge Bookkeeper to oversee financial operations, manage bookkeeping tasks, and support accounting functions. This role is essential in maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring smooth financial processes.

Responsibilities:
- Manage bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and financial data entry.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Oversee tax preparation and financial reporting processes.
- Support finance management by analyzing financial data and assisting with budgeting.
- Ensure compliance with financial procedures and regulations.
- Utilize QuickBooks and MS Excel to track and organize financial records.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure smooth financial operations.

What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in real estate or a related industry is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping, financial statements, and accounting principles.
- Experience in finance management and tax preparation.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
