Our client, a rapidly growing organization in Middlesex County, NJ, is looking for a Corporate Recruiter to join their team.

This is a temporary position with potential to go full time.

MUST have 3-5 years of experience recruiting for HR, Finance/Accounting, IT, Marketing, and Legal roles

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Corporate Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process across a diverse range of corporate functions, including Information Technology, Finance & Accounting, Marketing, Human Resources, and Legal . Your mission will be to attract, engage, and hire top-tier talent that aligns with our company’s culture, values, and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordinating hiring manager interviews, and closing candidates.
  • Partner with department leaders to understand workforce needs and develop strategic recruitment plans for corporate roles.
  • Source high-quality candidates through various channels, including job boards, LinkedIn, employee referrals, events, and proactive headhunting.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates across key corporate disciplines.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to write compelling job descriptions and define candidate success profiles.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) to track applicants and maintain accurate records.
  • Monitor and report on recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, source effectiveness).
  • Support employer branding initiatives and diversity recruitment efforts.
  • Stay informed on market trends, talent movement, and competitive intelligence in the corporate recruiting landscape.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience, with demonstrated success in hiring across IT, Finance, Marketing, HR, and/or Legal functions.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and best practices for diverse talent pools.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience using ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, iCIMS, etc.).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience recruiting in both agency and in-house settings.
  • Familiarity with employment laws and hiring compliance practices.
  • Proven ability to influence and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
