The Director of Influencer Activations will have a shared passion for cinema and social content. This person will lead our efforts in developing creator-led strategies while identifying influencers to execute content that promotes Cinemark’s movie going experience in authentic and breakthrough ways. Responsibilities include leading end-to-end influencer campaigns and evergreen content from planning to execution; staying up-to-date on the latest industry trends, emerging platform mechanics, and influencer best practices to ensure content is authentic and relevant; collaborating with marketing, social and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging; identifying influencers across platforms and vetting them to ensure unity between Cinemark’s brand, the creators' brand, and their audience; managing budgets, timelines, setting performance goals and briefing creators while using data to track results and write wrap reports that optimize and identify keys to success; continuing ongoing relationships with influencers, talent agencies, and other key stakeholders to build trust and partnerships. Requirements include being a creative and innovative thinker who can drive results in a fast-paced environment; having 7+ years of experience working in influencer marketing at an agency, for a brand, or as a creator; experience with industry-based software such as Captive8, Creator IQ; a solid network of established and emerging creators to partner with; working knowledge of creator compensation rates and strong negotiation skills to secure mutually beneficial partnerships; staying consistent in research of emerging platform and creator trends; and fearless presentation skills with the ability to build decks, reports and share with conviction.
