Skills and Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience: 5-8 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Service or other modules within the Dynamics 365 suite. Strong understanding of customer service processes and workflows. Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and development. Experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate).
