Job Description

Our company is currently seeking ​a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team! This role is pivotal in managing all aspect of client's financial records.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare payroll and ensure timely processing for all employees.
• Obtain primary financial data for accounting records.
• Knowledge of warehouse and transportation.
• Coduct regular reconciliations of bank statements and accounts.
• Check the accuracy of business transactions.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in payroll processing and accounts payable/receivable management.
• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP and governmental accounting principles.
• Strong kowledge of 3PL warehouseand WMP systems.
• Proficiency in Quickbooks or similar financila software.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Deadline and detail-oriented.

Experience:

• Bookkeeping: 8 Years.
• QuickBooks: 8 Years.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365: 1 Year.
• SAP Warehouse Management: 4 Years.
• Accounting: 8 Years.
