With a strong track record across sectors such as software, fintech, healthtech, and other emerging tech verticals, the firm partners with visionary founders and management teams to drive scalable growth and long-term value creation. Position Summary The Associate will be an integral member of the investment team, contributing to all phases of the investment lifecycle. This includes sourcing, evaluating, executing, and managing investments in innovative, high-growth technology companies. The role is based full-time at the firm's Atlanta office, offering close collaboration with senior professionals and portfolio company leadership. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify and assess investment opportunities. Support origination efforts through proactive outreach and relationship development with founders, executives, and intermediaries. Build detailed financial models and perform valuation analyses to support investment decisions. Participate in due diligence processes, including financial, operational, and strategic assessments. Draft investment memoranda and presentations for internal committees and external partners. Assist in monitoring portfolio company performance and supporting strategic initiatives post-investment. Qualifications ~2-4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or management consulting, ideally with exposure to the technology sector. ~ Strong financial modeling, analytical, and research skills. ~ Excellent communication and presentation capabilities. ~ Demonstrated interest in technology and growth-stage investing. ~ Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. ~ Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field; an MBA or other advanced degree is a plus but not required.
