The team behind Fellows Cafe is opening From the Well — an artisan bakery and neighborhood market in Roswell, GA. We specialize in naturally leavened, hand-shaped breads and classic French breakfast pastries, using seasonal and local ingredients. We're seeking a Head Baker to lead our bakery program with precision, passion, and care. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who is technically skilled, deeply collaborative, and excited to shape something from the ground up.
