Position Summary: Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies in talent management, rewards, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and employee engagement. Key Responsibilities: Provide HR support to all levels, partnering with managers to align people and performance with business outcomes. Maintain high ethical standards, fostering respect and trust. Assist business partners with coaching, performance management, and policy interpretation. Handle employee inquiries regarding compensation, policies, and compliance. Manage the tuition reimbursement program and ensure regulatory compliance. Support employee relations, conduct investigations, manage off-boarding, and perform exit interviews. Stay updated on HR regulations and participate in audits. Perform other HR-related duties as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related field (preferred). Experience with the payroll software Paycom is highly preferred! Paycom implementation experience is a plus! 2-3 years of HR experience with increasing responsibility. Knowledge of HR disciplines including talent management, employee relations, and employment law. Strong decision-making, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage confidential information and meet multiple deadlines. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and effective communication skills.
