In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding our market reach and driving revenue by engaging with potential clients, nurturing leads, and securing new business within the hospitality sector. WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Cold Calling & Prospecting: Strategically identify, research, and engage with potential hotel clients through extensive cold calling to introduce our products and services.
  • Lead Follow-Up & Nurturing: Proactively follow up on inbound leads generated through various marketing channels (website inquiries, trade shows, referrals, etc.) to qualify prospects and move them through the sales funnel.
  • Needs Assessment & Solution Presentation: Understand hotel clients' specific requirements for TVs, appliances, and Pro AV solutions. Effectively present and demonstrate how our offerings can meet their needs and provide significant value.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Pipeline Management: Manage a robust sales pipeline, meticulously tracking all sales activities, customer interactions, and deal stages in our CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the outside sales team, marketing, and customer service to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What You Bring:

  • Comfortable with cold-calling and mining new business development.
  • 1-3+ years of experience in inside sales, preferably within a B2B environment.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry, Pro AV, or appliance sales is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong active listening skills and the ability to ask effective discovery questions.
  • Highly self-motivated, tenacious, and resilient with a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for sales!
