THIS JOB IS ON-SITE IN HUNTERSVILLE, NC.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a versatile and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support across a broad range of platforms, including Mac OS and Windows desktops, Azure cloud administration, ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics or NetSuite), and mobile device management. Prior experience in a sales or distribution environment is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day desktop support for end-users on Mac OS and Windows platforms, including software installation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Administer and support Microsoft Azure services, including user management, resource provisioning, and security policies.
• Support and maintain ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics or NetSuite), working with internal teams to resolve issues and support business workflows.
• Troubleshoot and support mobile devices (iOS/Android) including device configuration, email setup, and mobile device management (MDM).
• Perform basic SQL queries and data extraction to support reporting and troubleshooting.
• Work closely with sales, logistics, and distribution teams to ensure IT systems support their processes effectively.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding of employees, including account setup and access permissions.
• Maintain documentation for systems, support procedures, and IT assets.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Required Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of experience in an IT support role.
• Proficiency with Mac OS and Windows operating systems.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure administration.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics or NetSuite ERP systems.
• Familiarity with SQL and ability to write and understand basic queries.
• Experience supporting mobile devices in a corporate environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a sales, distribution, or logistics-driven environment.
• Exposure to ITIL or similar service management frameworks.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or similar.
• Salesforce/CRM experience: 1-2 years
