Now Hiring: Lead Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Make an Impact!

Pay: $23.00 per hour
Locations: Mount Prospect, Skokie, and Morton Grove, IL
Schedule: Full-Time, 2nd Shift (Includes weekends)

Responsibilities:

• Support individuals with daily tasks like meal prep, personal care, and community outings.
• Create engaging, meaningful activities to enhance their daily lives.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
• Assist with medication and ensure proper documentation.
• Lead and support a team of DSPs to provide quality care.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience as a DSP (Required)
• Ability to lift up to 44 lbs. and perform physical tasks
• Valid driver’s license and insurance
• CPR and First Aid certification
• Availability to work weekends
