The ideal candidate will be a creative and passionate therapist who will aspire to be part of our exceptional team. The Tox will provide comprehensive training in their patented “Tox Technique” for licensed massage therapists with a passion for health and wellness.

What you’ll be doing:

You will be handling a variety of responsibilities, including, but not limited to

• Conduct client intake: discuss services, pain points, and preferences.
• Assess muscle tension, posture, and movement restrictions before sculpting and detox treatment.
• Explain sculpting techniques and customize sessions based on client needs.
• Provide aftercare advice, such as hydration, and self-care tips.
• Perform various sculpting techniques.
• Ensure proper body mechanics to prevent self-injury and maintain stamina.

Healthcare Deciphered is working with The Tox, a luxury wellness client in Nashville, TN to create an award-winning cultural and environment for the ideal candidate to thrive and grow. This position will come with the ability to enhance your skillset through patented training, with potential for career growth. The ideal candidate will be able to work onsite in Nashville, TN.

Your Qualifications:

• Must be a licensed Massage Therapist in Tennessee in good standing.
• Ability to work onsite at client location
• Willingness to remain up to date on The Tox sculpting and detoxification patented procedures.

Compensation:

Our current hourly range is $28-$55 per hour, based on experience. In addition, we offer bonuses, incentives, training allowance, and more!
