  • 1st year estimated earnings: $50k-60k
  • 2nd-3rd year estimated earnings: $75k-$100k

Ideal Candidates must be:

• Detail-oriented, organized & able to work both independently & within a team.
• Curious, empathetic, engaging, respectful, coachable, and fun!
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills, a positive attitude & authentic reliability.
• Aptitude for problem-solving & an eagerness to guide our customers toward a decorative concrete coatings solution that will fit their needs/wants.
• An eye for design in hardscape, patterns, and color selection.
• Prior experience in sales or construction is preferred but not required.
• Prior experience in cold calling and prospecting potential commercial customers is preferred, but not required.
• Self-driven & career-oriented people shouldn't pass up this opportunity!

What would my responsibilities be?

• Great question! You'll own the sales process, from pre-introduction to in-person presentations through project close-out.
• You're an expert in all things Sundek products! (training provided)
• You'll meet with residential & commercial customers who have called in, been pre-qualified & scheduled an appointment through our customer service team.
• After presenting the Sundek products & services, you'll measure and evaluate the concrete, create a drawing, and take photos to communicate the project to the installation team, and hop into using our Sundek designed Salesforce CRM platform to enter estimates and sending proposals.
• You deliver top-notch customer service and lean on the support provided by our team.
• Generate a project file to include digital photos & site mock-up drawings.
• Wrap up the customer's experience with a handshake & snag a few award-worthy photos.
• Represent the company at trade shows, associations, and other events (occasional evenings and weekends).
• What do we do when we have downtime? Promote our services in our assigned territory to commercial / industrial customers to expand others' knowledge of what we offer.

What are the minimum qualifications/requirements?

• HS diploma or equivalent.
• Driver's license and provide your transportation; we'll reimburse fuel expenses.
• Written & verbal communication skills, general email etiquette, technological skills, MS Office Suite experience. Basic math skills.
• Demonstrates aptitude for problem-solving, ability to determine solutions for projects and crew concerns
• CRM knowledge is a plus, but not necessary - we'll train you!
