Partner Success Manager - Education Programs
Location: Massachusetts (Boston preferred)
Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000

We're looking for a Partner Success Manager to help implement and support phone-free programs in educational environments. In this role, you'll work closely with schools to create focused, engaged learning spaces while guiding administrators and staff through successful program adoption.
About the Role
As a Partner Success Manager, you'll be responsible for ensuring the smooth implementation of phone-free programs in schools. You'll collaborate with school leaders to develop customized plans, provide training, and offer ongoing support to ensure success. Your role will be a mix of strategic planning, relationship-building, and hands-on problem-solving to drive long-term engagement and program success.
What You'll Do
Program Implementation
Work with the sales team to understand each school's goals and motivations for implementing phone-free environments.
Lead kickoff meetings to establish success metrics, build strong relationships, and create tailored implementation plans.
Oversee all aspects of program implementation, including virtual and onsite check-ins.
Provide engaging training sessions for school administrators and staff to ensure a smooth rollout.
Utilize a contractor network to support implementation efforts while focusing on key partner interactions.
Identify and resolve challenges during the implementation process to ensure a seamless transition.
Monitor early-stage adoption and provide guidance to maintain best practices and ensure long-term success.
Coach school leaders on program adoption while balancing their day-to-day demands.
Keep detailed records of progress and partner interactions using internal systems.
Ongoing Partner Success & Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned school partners.
Build strong relationships and proactively address challenges to support program success.
Conduct mid-year and year-end reviews to assess goal attainment and celebrate progress.
Guide school leaders in setting future goals and exploring expansion opportunities.
Prioritize partner needs while balancing strategic business objectives.
Manage the renewal process and ensure continued engagement with high retention rates.
Identify and facilitate opportunities for program expansion and upsells.
What You Bring
Experience in education, particularly in middle and high school settings (grades 6-12).
Understanding of school programming and educational best practices.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and navigate rapid growth with resilience.
Proficiency in digital tools and remote work technology.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
2+ years of experience in customer service, education, or a related field.
Ability to travel based on partner needs (0-15% non-peak, 30-50% during peak seasons).
Must be based in Massachusetts (Boston preferred).
