Job Description We are looking for a Project Manager/Project Controls Analyst to support our Remote Sensing PMO. This person would be responsible for developing management level metric reporting, organizing/managing workstreams, managing contracts and financial reports. In the beginning we need someone who can come in and mainly help with their Financial Analysis and Contract Management to get this underway (execution, term, accruals, invoices, etc) and how it fits into their overall financial plan by project and by vendor. Skills and Requirements - Bachelor / Masters in science, engineering, business or related field -Proficient with financial reporting including accruals, budget tracking, strong excel skills - Proficient in developing automated reporting solutions (Power BI, Power Apps) - Proficient in process design and process mapping - Proficient in contract management; developing a contract, what are financials in contract, how do we govern those, then track the financials related to the contract - PG&E or other utility experience (highly prefer someone with past PG&E) - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Local to the Bay Area - PMP certification preferred - Familiarity with GIS/ESRI, remote sensing null We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
