ServiceMaster of the Lakes Area is a national mitigation and cleaning franchise. We are hiring for a key "technical service" leadership role available within our company in the Residential & Disaster Restoration division. Full-time position is Monday Friday 8:00-5:00 with on-call rotation. The position includes carrying out individual jobs along with working with crew members in both residential and commercial environments. Examples of jobs but not limited to carpet/upholstery cleaning, tile/grout cleaning, top to bottom cleans, construction cleans, water & fire damage.

• Manage & maintain equipment & vehicles

• Current drivers license with good driving record
• Able to lift move at least 75 pounds
• Position requires background check
• Experience a plus but willing to train the right candidate who wants to succeed!

Physical Demands and Qualifications:

• Constant (up to 100%) standing, walking, pushing, kneeling, twisting, reaching
• Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 55lbs.
• Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
• Will provide on the job training to those with strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• The ability to be flexible and work at a fast pace in a multi-tasked job is a must.
• Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude
• contribute to the overall team effort including being in uniform, dependable and on time
• Treat all co-workers and customers with courtesy and respect
