This serving position earns a competitive base wage of $5.26 per hour plus tips for an average compensation of $25.00 - $35.00 per hour. Our employees also get 50% off of everything in the store and meals from the restaurant. Our dockside restaurant offers innovative meals and cocktails, all cooked fresh in an open-air kitchen with views of the waterfront. While most of the restaurant is outdoors, part of the restaurant is indoors, creating an amazing fine dining experience. YOUR DAY AS A RESTAURANT SERVER
As a Restaurant Server, you have the crucial responsibility of ensuring that our customers have a wonderful experience at our bar and grill. When they arrive at their tables, you greet them with your signature warmth and friendliness. Knowledgeable about all our offerings, you suggest specials and attentively help our customers choose the dishes that best suit their tastes.
Once you deliver their food, you are subtly attentive throughout their stay, kindly ensuring that they have everything they need to fully enjoy their meal. As you work, you keep an eye on your station, keeping it clean and tidy throughout your shift. You feel great when you see how much people love coming to our place, and you're proud to play such a huge role in our success!
WHAT WE NEED IN A RESTAURANT SERVER
1+ years of experience as a server
