What You’ll Do :

The candidate is expected to drive QE transformation across a varied technology landscape with SAP as the core system. The candidate will work closely with the client stakeholders to identify QE and automation opportunities, streamline SDLC processes with right level and intensity of QA and play a critical role in ensuring repeatedly successful UAT cycles .

The ideal candidate will ha ve:

1. 10+ years of Testing experience and 7+ years of SAP Testing experience
2. Understand of SAP Testing test processes, SAP Test data management
3. Deep understanding of S/4HANA modules, e.g.,: MM, SD, FI, and Retail-specific extensions
4. Expertise in integration testing, regression testing, test automation
5. Strong understanding of at least 2 SAP modules
6. Hands on Automation Testing using UFT (formerly QTP) test automation tool
7. Excellent communication skills
8. Ability to draft enterprise level testing strategies
9. Metrics and KPIs – set up and tracking
10. Ability to collaborate with business for UAT test scenarios, execution, and support
11. Experience in supporting business in key testing strategic decisions such as test planning, prioritization, etc.
12. Experience in:

• Omnichannel retail integrations – e.g., PoS, PLM systems, Salesforce, etc.
• API (SAP PI/PO, Dell Boomi, etc.)
• End-to-end retail flows: procurement, inventory, pricing, promotions, order-to-cash, returns, and loyalty programs
• Test Data Management and environment management
• Test strategy creation for functional, regression, E2E and test automation
• Jira, Confluence and Tricentis Tosca
