Our client is looking for an experienced professional to take on a pivotal role in overseeing, configuring, and optimizing their Salesforce ecosystem. Position Overview This Senior Salesforce Administrator position involves a critical responsibility in managing and enhancing our client's Salesforce platform. The successful candidate will collaborate extensively with business leaders and interdisciplinary teams to assess requirements, deploy scalable solutions, and oversee initiatives from initial planning through final implementation. Beyond core administrative functions, this role requires expertise to extend Salesforce capabilities, streamline processes, and ensure platform alignment with organizational objectives. This position includes supervisory responsibility for one junior-level Salesforce Administrator. This hybrid opportunity is based at our client's headquarters in Wilmington, MA. Responsibilities Oversee daily Salesforce platform operations, maintaining optimal system functionality, dependability, and user experience Design and customize Salesforce applications (including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and additional modules) to align with business objectives Execute data migration, extraction, and maintenance activities; oversee data integrity, access controls, and system backups Diagnose and resolve platform-related challenges and user inquiries in a timely manner Establish and maintain user accounts, role hierarchies, access permissions, and security protocols Monitor Salesforce updates and feature releases, implementing enhancements to optimize platform value Direct and coordinate Salesforce initiatives, ensuring prompt completion, stakeholder engagement, resource management, and transparent communication Continuously evaluate and refine Salesforce workflows to enhance operational efficiency and productivity Establish and maintain administrative and development best practices across the platform Required Qualifications Minimum 5 years of Salesforce Administrator experience, demonstrating proficiency in both system administration and development functions Expert-level understanding of Salesforce configuration and customization across multiple clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.) Foundational understanding of Apex programming, including classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning components, and related development tools Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security protocols Demonstrated project management capabilities, including end-to-end oversight of Salesforce implementations Exceptional communication skills for engaging both technical and business stakeholders Superior analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting abilities Outstanding organizational capabilities with proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities in dynamic environments Strong collaborative skills and team-oriented approach Excellent written and verbal English communication proficiency, with demonstrated ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders across all organizational levels Preferred Qualifications Salesforce Certifications are highly preferred Background in Agile project management approaches Understanding of Salesforce integration with external applications and systems Proficiency with advanced automation platforms including Flow and Process Builder Previous leadership or mentoring experience within Salesforce environments Mason Frank International is a global leader in Salesforce.com recruitment, specializing solely in connecting Salesforce professionals with opportunities.
