Job Title: Tableau Developer Consultant - Global Salesforce Slalom seeks an analytics consultant skilled in CRM Analytics to expand our Salesforce analytics practice. This is a great opportunity for a results-oriented professional to join a high-performing team of Salesforce analytics experts. Role Overview We are looking for an experienced individual who understands Salesforce analytics and can design and develop CRM Analytics solutions for our clients. The candidate should demonstrate strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, mastery of data structures, and a deep understanding of the CRM Analytics platform. The role involves engaging with customers, analyzing their needs, and designing impactful, supportable solutions that delight the customer. Responsibilities Analyze and understand: Partner with stakeholders to understand business processes, data, and needs. Document data definitions, sources, limitations, and priorities. Communicate and persuade: Clearly communicate with customers and team members, guiding them through potential solutions and managing expectations. Organize and deliver: Plan and prioritize tasks, organize stories and dependencies. Solution and design: Create compelling solutions using CRM Analytics, architect data processes, and design dashboards and stories. Consider system architecture and constraints in designs. Develop: Collaborate with team members to develop recipes, dashboards, and assets. Test solutions and ensure quality standards are met. Qualifications Deep knowledge of CRM Analytics, including dashboard and dataset design, SAQL, and UX best practices. Understanding of BI concepts like star schemas, cubes, and ETL processes. Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and relational databases. Experience translating business strategies into technical solutions. Ability to work with agility and manage releases effectively. Leadership skills to guide project teams. Analytical thinking and risk mitigation skills. At least 1 year of active CRM Analytics development experience (2 years preferred). Relevant technical degree and 2+ years of related experience; 3+ years of consulting preferred. Experience with data warehouses or lakes is a plus. Compensation & Benefits We support our team’s well-being with generous benefits including time off, parental leave, 401(k) matching, health coverage, and wellness stipends. Salary ranges are $96,000 - $177,000 for Consultants and $110,000 - $203,000 for Senior Consultants, with potential bonuses. Actual pay depends on skills, experience, and location.
