Job Title: Tableau Developer Consultant - Global Salesforce Slalom seeks an analytics consultant proficient in CRM Analytics to grow our Salesforce analytics practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven professional to join a high-performing team of Salesforce analytics experts. Responsibilities Analyze and understand client business processes, data, and needs. Document data definitions, sources, and limitations. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, lead customers through solutions, and manage expectations. Organize project tasks, prioritize story development, and ensure timely delivery. Design impactful solutions using CRM Analytics, including dashboards, recipes, and data architecture. Develop recipes, dashboards, and assets, collaborating with application developers and system owners. Conduct testing and ensure quality standards. Qualifications Deep knowledge of CRM Analytics, dashboard design, SAQL, and best practices. Understanding of BI concepts, data schemas, and data modeling. Experience translating business needs into technical solutions. Proficiency in SQL and data warehouse concepts. At least 1+ years developing in CRM Analytics; 2+ years relevant experience; 3+ years in consulting preferred. Salary ranges: $96,000 - $177,000 for Consultants, $110,000 - $203,000 for Senior Consultants, plus potential bonuses. Compensation varies based on experience, skills, and location.
