McDonald Auto Group is looking for experienced auto body technicians and painters to join our team. Our shop is one of the biggest and busiest in the area and we are growing.

Job Responsibilities:
Repair vehicles back to like new condition per repair estimate
Perform work to meet manufacturer and insurance standards
Communicate with manager and team members effectively to achieve departmental goals
Promote a productive working relationship with others
Listen to and support new ideas and approaches; adapt to change quickly
Meet or exceed flat rate time allowances
Use computer-related software to review manuals including diagrams as necessary to complete the repair
Requirements:
Valid drivers license
Minimum 2+ years experience in auto body repair
State Certified
Strong automotive repair background
