This is a new role within our People Team, offering a broad scope to help shape our organisation design practices. The ideal candidate will bring governance, controls, data analysis skills, and expertise in organisation design tools and blueprints, including new templates and tools. You will work on projects across our estate, from Hotels and Restaurants to our Support Centre (Head Office). Your external expertise will help us adopt best practices in Organisation Design.
