About the Role
The Company is seeking a Corporate Treasurer to join its mission-driven organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the financial health of the organization, overseeing cash management activities, and safeguarding funds, securities, and financial instruments. This role involves serving as the primary liaison with various financial entities, managing investment portfolios, and ensuring compliance with all banking regulations. The Corporate Treasurer will also be tasked with meeting the organization's obligations to tax authorities, coordinating Board committee meetings, and providing coaching and guidance to the Treasury team. Applicants must have a solid understanding of GAAP, experience in credit and collection, cash management, and payroll functions, and a proven track record in managing multiple banking and investment relationships. The role requires strong decision-making skills, high accountability, and the ability to lead major initiatives with a focus on fiscal responsibility. A Bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or finance, or equivalent experience, is required, along with a minimum of 15 years' experience in senior-level management and treasury and investment management. The ideal candidate will have a background in budgeting, be proficient in Office 365, and have excellent communication and supervisory skills.
